Lindesnes Havhotell opened in 2010 as a part of the Scandic hotel chain.
With its 77 hotel rooms and 77 apartments, it was a boost for the whole region.

In the spring of 2013, the hotel reopened under the name Lindesnes Havhotell after being sold to the Ubostad family.
The Ubostad family, who also own & run Rosfjord Strandhotell (www.rosfjord.no) have a long tradition within the tourism industry. They started in 1934 with a small campground, and today they run one of the largest tourism businesses in Southern Norway.
They are also co-owners of the neighboring waterpark, Sørlandsbadet (www.sorlandsbadet.no).

It is of utmost importance to the Ubostad family that all the guests staying in their hotels feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Whether you are attending a conference, on a family holiday, just visiting for the day or stopping by for a cup of coffee they will do whatever they can to ensure you have a most memorable experience.
