At Havhotellet, we take great pleasure in living at the heart of nature's bounty. Nowhere else will you find a greater diversity in both the green and blue landscapes than right here where we live. The area around us is rich in culinary culture and history, which we learn from and draw inspiration for every meal we create.
We love sharing the great stories behind the food we create, and now we finally have a space designed specifically for that! It’s an open kitchen, and the area is dedicated to knowledge sharing, inspiration, and playful experimentation with ingredients.
